School in Pandeglang Burgled During Holiday, Losses Reach Rp 37 Million

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Azzahra Nusantara in Banjar District, Pandeglang Regency, was broken into by thieves. Electronic equipment supporting students' learning was reported to have been stolen by the perpetrators.
"One smart TV unit, one laptop, two projectors, 11 computer CPUs are missing," said the Principal of SMK Azzahra Nusantara, Haerul Salam, Monday (22/6/2026).
Haerul said the incident is suspected to have occurred early Sunday morning (21/6). He said that in carrying out the theft, the perpetrators broke into the school window.

"They entered through a broken window, the bars were dismantled," he said.
Haerul said this case was first discovered by a cleaner who was about to clean the school area. The cleaner then reported the incident to the school.
"The cleaner found the assets in disarray when they entered," he said.
He admitted to having reported this incident to the police. He noted that the school is estimated to have suffered a loss of Rp 37 million.
"The loss is around Rp 37 million," he said.
